Voting Information

There are three ways
to vote in this election

  • Early in-person voting begins on Friday, Sept. 20, and ends on Monday, Nov. 4.

  • Residents can vote early at home by requesting an absentee ballot beginning Friday, Sept. 20.

    • Completed absentee ballots must be submitted to the same office as ballot applications were requested from, and ballots can be submitted in person or by mail.

    • Absentee ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.

    • Voters can track their absentee ballots by using the ballot tracker.

  • On Tuesday, Nov. 5, all Mounds View residents can vote in person at the Mounds View Community Center (5394 Edgewood Drive, Mounds View, MN 55112).

    • Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Early voting begins on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024.

Ramsey County Early Voting Information

  • Ramsey County voters may vote before Election Day at any county absentee voting location, regardless of their home address. Ballots do not need to be requested in advance.

    Ramsey County Elections – Plato Building

    Voting Hours:

    • September 20 to October 25: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    • Saturday, October 26: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • Tuesday, October 29: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

    • Saturday, November 2: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • Sunday, November 3: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • Monday, November 4: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Ramsey County voters may vote at any of the following locations starting October 18. Voting hours are consistent across all locations:

    Voting Hours:

    • October 18 to October 25: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    • Saturday, October 26: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • Saturday, November 2: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • Sunday, November 3: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
